Ensuring the right fit.


 The need to place the right leader in the right school is critical. Some principals will be better matched with certain types of schools and vice versa. As a result, we employ a stringent screening and selection process. 

The first stage is a highly rigorous screening of interested applicants so that only top-quality potential principals and APs are considered. Those who successfully navigate this stage are placed into talent pools for subsequent consideration. 

Selection of candidates from the talent pools is similarly meticulous, because continuity and quality of school leadership can never be underestimated. We fully acknowledge and embrace our responsibility to our children and our communities, and outstanding management in our schools is fundamental to that responsibility.
